Biography

Jennifer Mahoney is a Boise, Idaho native who, after graduating from University of California, San Diego, went on to obtain her J.D. from the University of Idaho College of Law where she served as the Editor-in-Chief of the Idaho Law Review and graduated at the top of her class, magna cum laude. She then clerked in Idaho at the federal court level for United States Magistrate Judge L. Boyle, as the first female law clerk serving in that position, where she worked in the trenches of the federal trial courtroom. Jennifer then entered private practice where she represented the firm's institutional clients including major insurance companies in state and federal courts across Idaho before transitioning to Mahoney Law, PLLC. Jennifer now focuses on large medical malpractice cases and catastrophic personal injury claims. She has played an integral role in obtaining successful results in complex medical malpractice cases. Her work includes securing millions of dollars for Idaho families in cases such as twin-to-twin birth injuries for failure to properly monitor, hypoxic ischemic brain injury due to delayed cesarean section, emergency room malpractice, as well as catastrophic personal injury matters.
